Dale began his construction career as a teenager working for his father who was a custom home builder. After his first year of college in the summer of 1979, Dale got a job as a carpenter at Six Flags Over Texas where he eventually became the Director of Facilities. Dale oversaw all construction, animations, fiberglass/upholstery, sign shop, building maintenance, and new ride installation.

After a 20-year career at Six Flags, Dale went to work for Show Quest Entertainment where he became the Director of Construction. Dale oversaw the construction and installation of roller coasters, rides, and attractions in the United States, Holland, and Norway.

In 2005 Dale decided to stop traveling and went to work for one of Fort Worth’s largest custom home builders where he was the Director of Construction for 15 years.

Dale started CB Homesteads in the summer of 2020 and has loved building beautiful and unique custom homes for homeowners who want the custom home-building experience.

Brandon’s experience in the home building industry began at 18 years old when he started as an assistant Builder. From there, Brandon worked his way up to become a Project Manager. His determination to help homeowners build their dream homes has gained him over 12 years of home-building experience.

Brandon has completed courses in Construction Management and obtained an OSHA certification along the way.

Although he has both Production and Custom Home Building experience, Brandon quickly learned he is far more passionate about building Custom Homes. He feels he can interact more with the homeowner and enjoys bringing their unique ideas to life.

Jerren is our Director of Operations and has been working with CB Homesteads since 2022. Jerren has a background in both New Home Construction and in General Real Estate. In both roles, he has had the opportunity to help families find and build the Home of their Dreams.

Before these ventures, Jerren was working in Restaurant Development out in New Mexico and West Texas where he helped in restaurant Design, Leasing, Remodeling, and Operations.
